This Agreement is made between Immaculate Professional Cleaning Services LLC ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for the provision of cleaning services as detailed below.

1. Services

Service Provider agrees to provide the cleaning services selected by Client. All services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

2. Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for services rendered. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellation Policy

Client may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Liability

Service Provider carries appropriate insurance for the services provided. Client agrees to provide a safe working environment for Service Provider's employees.

5. Agreement

By signing below, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
